005: Barbara Trulby – HR Expert for Start-ups and more

As owner of The BT Factor, Barbara is the creator of all things HR in growing companies, as well as the coach and trainer for management in the area of employee relations.  In addition, Barbara has partnered with brilliant business consultants, which has elevated her clients business and their employees to a higher level of thinking and working.  The BT Factor’s partners set the vision and direction and Barbara is the ‘boots on the ground’ that works with the company to ensure the details of the plan are executed as well as create whatever training and documentation is needed along the way.

Prior to creating The BT Factor, Barbara was afforded many opportunities to expand her skills and capabilities, starting with IBM, which provided her education and insight into business and the world of computers and semiconductor technology.  With a reputation as a professional with a strong work ethic, effective communication and presentation skills, Barbara’s responsibilities grew in visibility and included meetings with and presentations to senior level managers on a weekly basis.  In 2009, Barbara joined start-up companies and small growth companies where she created HR systems, automated HR processes along with coaching and training CEO’s and their management teams.
